TheRustyMaverick.com has a new look. This concept (a simple fan blog) has been around in one form or another at several URLs for most of the last 15 years, but the current WordPress platform makes it very easy to customize the look of the site and update it with new content. I created a new image for the top of the site, and changed the overall design to be more visually appealing and modern. The most recent stories will be featured on the front page, each with an eye-catching photo. Also, I’ve added a list of upcoming games at the right (on desktop browsers) and at the bottom (for mobile screens).
