The Shorthorn (the school’s daily student newspaper) has always done a good job with their coverage of the school’s sports programsand when UTA basketball held their media day a week or so ago, the paper posted video of the press conference and had some really good information about this year’s team.

Coach Cross says the offense should be better than last year, the College Park Center is helping recruiting, and the Mavs have a few players recovering from injuries (Greg Gainey is out for the season according to The Shorthorn). Cross also talks about some of the new players and the game against Kentucky.
