Fourth Verbal Commit to UTA for ’14-15?

UTA continues to get verbal commitments from top local talent…in addition to the Neal twins from Dallas and Kevin Hervey from Arlington, it looks like 6’5″ shooting guard Julian Harris from Mansfield might be a Mav next year:
